I'm an experienced BIM and construction professional in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. My duties include to assistant the Senior Project Manager and Superintendent on all construction projects. Primary Tasks & Duties include: Work independently and exercise discretion in day to day activities by direction of project manager Issue RFIs to the architect and owner for review and approval and distribute response to all involved parties Process submittals for approval and maintain submittal status report Create and maintain revisions log to ensure key team members have most updated construction set of drawings and specifications Issue subcontractor change orders and owner change orders Attend weekly owner and subcontractor meetings
