Lou Malta

Lou Malta is a French artist who moved to Mexico after living 5 years in New York City where she studied at The Parsons School of Design and worked for various creative companies ( The Row, The Swiss Institute, Marc Jacobs, Mansur Gavriel, etc.) Lou photographs, creates set designs, textiles and drawings, some of which were selected by brands like Agnès.b to participate in collaborations. She was also commissioned by the Design Studio YMER&MALTA to create the 2019 New Year card as well as a furniture piece “Le Troupeau” integrating Aubusson Tapestry. The piece is now exhibited at the Cité Internationale de la Tapisserie d’Aubusson. Recently Lou graduated from the coding school Le Wagon and has been focusing on her artistic practice as she is preparing for an exhibition that will take place in Paris in the beginning of next year.
