My Passion is process improvement. There's nothing better than taking a system that may seem fine at face value and improving it, by reducing and removing constraints, as well as implementing easy to use tools to improve efficiencies and make life easier for the user. I have worked in manufacturing for the past 10 years, learning and seeing first hand what Lean and Agile processes can do for production. Now with Copado we are bringing that to the development world. We help teams improve their deployment process with Salesforce by using Lean and Agile principals and implementing a DevOps process.
