When I discovered I was a lucky case of Stendhal’s syndrome, I realised that Arts could not be separated from my working life. Giving the opportunity to artists to reveal their art to larger audiences and collectors to find the piece that will make them stop became a goal. I decided to mix international finance, art history and creative industries management to develop her own expertise of Art Finance. After graduating from Kedge Business School (France) and Bocconi University (Italy), I created my own advising company to drive strategic changes for art dealers on subjects like digital transformation and sales improvement. At 25, I became the French office director of MTArt Agency, which is the first talent agency promoting influential visual artists and specialising in talent management: building, growing and accelerating careers. MTArt artists have seen their works grow 150% in value year-on-year while signed to the agency.
