Head of projects with over 7 year’s experience in the media and events industry working with insurance and legal clients and have been on my current SMT for 12 months. I have 2 years direct line management responsibility for a thriving cross functional team. Key duties and achievments: - Utilise agile principles to manage a cross functional team of 6 through project and production development on 4 news content websites, and 20+ digital publications. - Oversee operational logistics and marketing for 14 events including managing annual event budgets. - Restructured and onboarded a cross functional marketing and operations team managing a team of 6 full time staff (recruitment, performance reviews, fortnightly 1-1s) - Create and maintain project schedules, establish milestones, allocate resources and budget, and provide direction in weekly meetings to track updates and changes. - Govern all business systems used across content production, event management, and marketing to ensure seamless operational processes and quality assured output. - Currently working on migration to new event platform, rebrand and upgrade of 4 news websites, and construction and launch of a corporate website with built in ATS. - Prince 2 Practitioner qualified.
