I am an enthusiastic worker with an excellent knowledge of working in busy warehouse and office environments. I have strong communication and organisational skills. I have experience as a team leader and have the ability to work on my own initiative. I work in a wide range of fields such as security, sales, printing, and customer service. I am working as an I.D Badge Sales Executive in TDS (Time and Data Security) which has me dealing with high profile clients worldwide and in return building strong relationships with my company. I am required to do every step of transactions with customers which include quote incoming requests, designing card layouts and templates (I.D cards, Access/Security Cards, Visitor Badges, Student & Contractor Cards etc) , encode these cards depending on their technology (Legic, Mifare, HID) , organise delivery, invoice & file as well as communicate with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with our service and keep them up to date with each step of their order. I regularly use programmes such as Prospectsoft CRM, Pegasus Opera 3, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook on a daily basis.
