Lourdes Arana Navarro

I am an international business transformation professional, and management consultant, used to working in high performance multicultural teams and adept at leading business development and transformations to improve their competitive position and to make them grow in the current environment of high-tech evolution. I've lived and worked in Mexico City, Madrid, Barcelona, London and Pittsburgh. My core professional experience comes from working in management consultancy at McKinsey & Company and by holding diverse senior management positions, like General Management, commercial, marketing, business development, and mergers and acquisitions, with local and regional roles, at large multinational companies in the financial, insurance, retail, and telecommunications industries. My demonstrated abilities to define and execute transformation strategies for companies, and to lead high performance multidisciplinary teams capable of executing these strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, have positioned me as a recognized leader given my proven capacity of generating value in companies and developing new businesses. I am committed to boosting the professional leadership of women and that is why I represent in Mexico the Diversity Council of Telefonica of Spain.
