I am a positive, self-motivated individual with a MSc Occupational/Business Psychology. Currently seeking a role in the Occupational/Business Psychology industry to begin my career in this sector. Areas of interest and applied knowledge is in - Well-being in the Workplace, Leadership Management, Organisational Change and Culture, Engagement and Motivation, Behavioral Change and Learning, Learning Training and Development, Psychological Assessment, (workplace related). I thoroughly enjoy a challenge and I have the ability to work with great efficiency. Being under pressure brings out the best in me, where I adhere to strict deadlines. I am comfortable and knowledgeable in employing sound research methodologies to maximise the workplace and enjoy fulfilling clients’/organisations’ targets and goals. Dynamic and assertive, I am always willing to learn and seeking for opportunities to excel. I work well autonomously, using my own initiative, and in a team. I am always willing to learn new skills and take part in any training that will assist in my improving performance and ability to exceed in my career. Overall, I am a sociable, organised and driven individual.
