I am currently combining the key elements of my career and practicing as a career coach and human resource consultant. In the past, I was employed in a management consultant role where my experience was in both the for profit and non-profit sectors in leadership development, executive recruiting and career development. In the non-profit sector, I worked heavily in the health care and association sectors. I also had the opportunity to contribute at a specialty hospital in a risk management/physician peer review role which built on my previous patient advocacy and operations experience in health care environments.
