Expertise with field screening methods, borehole drilling, test pit excavation, tank nest profiling, soil vapour monitoring and sampling, soil logging, well installation, collection of various media samples (soil, groundwater, surface water, air) in accordance with Provincial regulations (O.Reg 153/04), materials and supplies sourcing, field supervision, data interpretation, and reporting. 3 years experience in Infrastructure Civil Engineering project management. Coordinated and tracked all aspects of a large scale civil engineering project from inception to completion, including the creation of project schedules, project progression reports, backlogs, and project invoices. Also coordinated site visits by staff and obtained municipal planning and building approvals required for construction. 4 years of experience in municipal waste management and developing environmental government policy. Involved in developing and implementing waste management policy for two municipalities, Town of Markham and the County of Dufferin. Authored statistical and analytical reports on the progression of waste management plans and recommended amendments, later resulting in awards by the Recycling Council of Ontario. Apart from municipal waste policy development and civil engineering, experience in wildlife management planning with Transport Canada. Made sure Canadian Airports and Aerodromes conform to various safety standards and regulations relating to wildlife management dealing with wildlife strikes to aircraft. In addition, authored the Transport Canada 2006 Canada’s Wildlife Strikes to Aircraft Summary Report, initiated GIS datasets and maintained the Federal Canada wildlife strike Access database.
