Luc Philippi

Luc Philippi is an operations and finance professional with over 25 years of experience in building professional services organizations, both in start-up and in large corporate environments. His focus is on structuring for success, aligning strategy with operating model, transparency, clear goals and appropriate incentives, supported by state of the art technology platforms. In 1998, Luc Philippi was one of 8 founding Partners of Capco, a major force and leader in Financial Technology advisory &a; execution. Capco serves the full financial services value chain and has an established worldwide presence with more than 3,000 consultants in North America, Europe and Asia. During Capco’s first 12 years, Luc held various positions including account manager for several regional and global banks, delivery executive for a number of large customer programs as well as a number of internal roles including country manager, global COO and global delivery board lead. After Capco was acquired by FIS in 2010 Luc was appointed as a member of the global executive team, global CIO and COO for Capco Europe and Asia, growing the business in those regions at 35% CAGR over a five-year period to a $350 million, 25% EBITDA business. Prior to Capco, Luc was IBM’s Capital Markets Division Region West Project Delivery Lead, and at Ernst &a; Young as a Senior Management Consultant.
