I strive every day to make improvements in processes and knock down barriers so that my teams can better operate. I holistically want to empower my team members to be open and honest and to build trust among their peers. Fostering and encouraging positive behavior and a positive outlook are key strengths. I achieve these daily through one on one interaction, operating with Integrity in all that I do, and following through when people ask me for help. I strongly believe that a positive culture leads to success and that success breeds more success. Culture is difficult to identify and pinpoint. However, culture is fed daily by our interactions with people around us. I feel strongly about leading a positive culture and impacting organizations in ways that are beneficial to the overall mission and objectives of business. I believe people should take ownership in their work and truly enjoy what they do. In summary, I thrive on helping people enjoy their days!
