En mis diez años junto a la Gastronomía me forme como profesional tanto en Restaurantes, como en hoteles. Estudie en Gato Dumas, Colegio de Gastronomía. En dicha escuela me dieron la posibilidad de trabajar tanto en el Hotel Faena (Sector Eventos), como en Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL).
