Lucas Sadler

Lucas is a seasoned sales leader with over a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector, spanning solar, storage, and emerging technologies. He is currently the VP of Sales for Asia Pacific at Energy Vault, a company that creates gravity and kinetic energy-based, long-duration energy storage solutions that transform the world's energy storage approach.In his previous roles, he successfully established sales and branch offices, led contestable energy sales teams, founded and managed country operations, and served as a CEO and a CSO for various renewable energy companies, including Yingli Green Energy, Horan & Bird, Origin Energy, Schneider Electric, and Fluence. He also contributed to the industry development and advocacy as a board member of the Australian Solar Council and the Energy Storage Council. He holds a Global Executive MBA from Monash University, with a focus on digital transformation and global business strategy. He is passionate about enabling a renewable world and supporting the global clean energy transition with market-leading energy storage products and services.
