Lucy Guyers

Having completed my University degree studying Media, Film and Television and finishing with a 2:1, I am now striving to increase my work experience within the media/film industry. Throughout my time at Edge Hill University, I became especially passionate about photography, script writing/editing and the post production elements of filmmaking, mainly sound and visual editing. My goals for the near future include gaining as much film production work experience as possible, so that I might better my knowledge of a professional media environment, and truly discover what I can devote myself to as a young professional. My dreams for the future however often vary, and I find myself wanting to achieve in many different ways. However I feel that my true dream is to enhance my own editorial skills in filmmaking, so that I might work within the British film industry and continue to keep it's rich creative talent on the map for the world to see. Any new challenge is one I'll happily accept, and I aim to prove myself through these challenges as a unique and reliable new recruit for the industry.
