Supervise permanent and temporary staff, understand financial and business drivers, and educate them on key performance indicators. Oversee security measures for test candidates, assist in hiring and training new administrators, and manage client schedules. Ensure the security of the testing center, understand client strategies, and represent the company in events. Handle technical issues, file reports on irregularities, and monitor and report testing issues. Manage quality assurance externally and internally, engage in property management, and actively participate in company initiatives. Possess a deep knowledge of policies, practices, and procedures, and coordinate daily operations while ensuring services meet standards. Demonstrate an innovative mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to train and supervise staff. Lead the development of initiatives and improvements for effective delivery of center assessments and services, and drive the development of necessary documents and procedures.In this role, my responsibilities encompass comprehensive proctoring of assessments, whether conducted in-house or at client sites as necessary. I actively administer and monitor candidates, providing assistance throughout the Psychometric and Technical Assessments procedures. Building and sustaining positive attitudes and effective communication with diverse candidates is a key aspect of my duties. Additionally, I conduct interviews for candidates as needed, contributing to a thorough and well-rounded evaluation process.
