I have been in the hospitality industry for almost 10 years. I went from a small hotel of 100 rooms that had business regulars to a luxury resort with 513 rooms. I thoroughly enjoy creating memorable experiences that our guests will remember and take home with them. I am blessed by some of the friendships that have been formed simply by taking the time to connect with my guests. I like to cross train and learn other areas so that I can help when needed. I’m a quick learner and love to train our new staff. I like to find out their learning style so that they get the most out of their training. I feel it’s very important to have a good relationship with your coworkers. I want them to have the confidence to ask for help when needed and not fear constructive criticism. A healthy work environment truly makes a team a family.
