I am a EUROCONTROL staff member since 2008. I have been working at the SESAR joint Undertaking during 11 years, as Master Planning technical coordinator and as Programme Manager on Air Traffic Management (ATM) and drones related activities. As a Programme Manager, I have developed and implemented strategies, objectives and work programs. When leading the development of U-space, I was in charge of 19 projects, involving more than 125 entities, 800 experts located in 19 countries. Since 2021, I'm fully back in EUROCONTROL to develop U-space & UAM with a special emphasis on its harmonization across Europe, the support to the institutional players, and the preparation of SESAR3. My approach is simple : prefer stakeholders and interactions, deliver tangible products, develop stakeholders collaboration and respond to change.
