I have dedicated my professional life to advancing biotechnologies that enhance and protect human and animal health. I am the Founder, Chief Executive and Scientific Officer of Takis, Evvivax and NeoMatrix, where my work has primarily focused on therapeutic cancer vaccines and the identification of novel tumor-associated antigens and early biomarkers.In Takis, I lead a dedicated team of scientists and technicians in a variety of research initiatives. One of the main accomplishments of the company has been the development of COVID-eVax.I have also founded and led NeoMatrix since 2020, where our scientific activities are focused on the development of a DNA-based Cancer vaccine genetic platform. As the CEO and Scientific Officer of Evvivax, I have coordinated veterinary trials in Italy and the US, and garnered a research grant that has been critical for identifying candidates for further development.In addition to these endeavors, I am in the Board of Directors of several other biotech organizations, including Assobiotec, Rome Technopole, Genomica & Terapia, Campania Oncoterapie, the National Center for mRNA and Gene Therapy (CN3), and MNESYS. Each of these roles allows me to contribute to the larger scientific community, pushing forward innovation, development, and education in strategic health sectors.I am also President of Vitares, a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging veterinary and human immune-oncology. Having published over 90 papers in peer-reviewed International Journals, I take pride in promoting novel advanced therapies.I hold a PhD in Molecular Biology and a Master's in "Regulatory Affairs", and have trained PhD students from various universities worldwide.
