My mission is to raise the level of awareness in self-care, prevention and control of work hazards to all people who can influence and increase the degree of comprehensive risk management to generate value in companies. Extensive knowledge and application of Safety standards under OSHA-29 CFR 1926 Construction industry and also the industry in General, which govern multinational companies, especially with headquarters in the United States. I am an innovator, always looking for better EHSQ solutions, comprehensive and consistent with the CAPEX and OPEX of the companies. I am a mentor and coach. Through effective communication to generate learning processes with all EHSQ stakeholders and thus be effective. I am a manager, I have experience in human, technical and financial resource management to manage Safety and Health Management Systems at work, such as safety equipment in the plant or on site, training programs in Safety and Health at work, negotiation of reinvestment with the Mutual insurances Companies to implement the prevention and risk control programs, among the main ones. I have corporate training to increase skills in human talent management, labor relations, performance management and motivational leadership
