I'm Telecommunications Engineer (Master's degree), specialized IT Management, Strategy and Business Operations for TMT (Technology, Media & Telco) customers. I'm currently Head of Education Business line at Omega CRM, A Merkle Company. Omega is a consulting firm with over 20 years of experience in designing innovative customer experiences that connect organizations with their customers through the use of technology and data. Our goal is to accelerate business through innovation in the customer relationship. Within this context, Omega has been carrying out projects for the Education sector since 2015, currently being one of the company's strategic Business lines. My work is mainly focused on defining Omega's strategy and value proposition for the Education sector and coordinating the commercial team and the team associated with the Business line to meet the defined objectives. Other relevant experience: - Deloitte (2017-2020): Experienced Senior Consultant leading Strategy and Operations projects for telco and utilities customers. - Konozca Consulting (2016-2017): During this stage I was in charge of setting up and managing Konozca's new office in Madrid. Konozca is a technology consultancy company specialized in the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
