Luis Goyeneche

Luis Goyeneche is a VP of International Sales for AME International. Proudly from Brooksville, Florida, Luis’ career illustrates a talented professional dedicated to outstanding results. A graduate of Pasco College (A.A. In Liberal Science) and Hodges University (B.S., Business and Managerial Science), Luis also holds certifications in Earthmover Tire Service (ETS), Advanced Hands-On OTR Tire Service Training, illustrating a versatile and robust education. Luis began his working life in service of his country with the US Army. As a team leader in a Light Infantry Company, Luis was responsible for the welfare, fitness, morale and discipline of his team. Luis’ responsibility identified early on a great talent for leadership and people management; one he would grow further throughout his career. Upon conclusion of his time in the Army, Luis began work as Assistant Manager for Outback Steakhouse (Spring Hill, FL). Alongside ongoing management of 25 staff, Luis capably administered daily the general accounting, marketing, and wider public relations of the restaurant. This period proved foundational to Luis’ career change to come. Transitioning to the tire industry in 2003, Luis began work with Esco in Brooksville. By sourcing and securing importers to distribute products. Luis’s extensive travels throughout the Americas and Europe honed his global business experience and understanding. Presiding over a rising yearly profits of from 03-07, Luis expertise knowledge proved invaluable to Esco’s growth and success. In 2007 Luis helped establish AME International and began a new chapter in his career. As a founder, Luis quickly established the AME brand in global imports. Utilizing his experience sourcing products domestically/internationally. Luis’ tenure has affirmed his industry leadership, with AME now holding strong working relationships with trading partners throughout the US and around the globe.
