Current experience Debugging of products since first design review until the tool validation at the facility get the approval to run production. Working with Tool shop suppliers at China/USA/Mexico, I achieved the introduction of 1,200 tools to production in 4 years. Experience traveling to China to debug a total of 15 new products with stays of up to 2 months for the construction and validation of new tools with suppliers along 4 years. Debug of 2 blow molding products in the USA with the Tool shop supplier. Managing a group of 36 process technician / 70 Set up technician to support 207 Injection molding and 15 Blow molding machine. Managing a group of 3 Toolroom supervisors and 15 Toolroom mechanics to support production with inventory of 1800 active tools. Safety, Quality control, time of delivery and Cost reduction my KPI's
