First of all, +18 years married, I am a dedicated father and I have a couple of children. +27 years of experience in Project Management and PMO, being 12 in Capital Projects and 15 in Innovation and Technology Projects, mastering FEL, PMI, IPMA and Agile methodologies. +15 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management and Strategic Execution. +28 years leading multidisciplinary teams of up to 200 people achieving relevant results, exercising problem solving, crisis management, communication and negotiation skills +12 years at Vale S.A., currently as Ferrous Minerals Project Portfolio Corporate Manager and Head of the Ferrous Minerals Engineering PMO. +15 years at FDC, as guest professor in the areas of Project Management, PMO, Process Management and Project Portfolio Management, having trained +3000 students. +6 years as volunteer at PMI Minas Gerais Chapter, acting as VP of Education and Programs. PMP and IPMA certified, graduated in computer science, with 2 postgraduations, 1 Executive MBA, 1 Post MBA and 1 Master. I am driven by challenges and learning, and my great purpose is to develop people and form leaders. I have music composition and poetry as therapy, and sports and health care as a daily habit. I have one book written "The Art of Asking (2016)" and I am completing the second book called "Prose, Poetry and Guitar" in 2022.
