Luka Bassin

Played profesional basketball in Slovenija. Finished Faculty of sports on University Ljubljana. Worked as head coach of High school Gimnazija Bežigrad (Jan Vesely, Bostjan Nachbar, Erazem Lorbek... Were students at Gimnazija Bežigrad) and won ISF World championship of high schools 2001 in Turkey. Worked with different teams as coach and assistant coach. Made junior Final 8 (NIJT Euroleague) in 2009 and 2010. Worked with u-20 national team as assistent coach and won bronze medal in 2006 in Turkey. Worked with Goran Dragic, Gasper Vidmar, Jaka Klobucar, Emir Preldzic, Mirza Begic... In national teams. Every summer work as a player development coach. Speak Slovenian, Serbian, Croatian, English and Italian language and understand and speak (ploho) Russian. Besides that - be a good husband, and father to my two beautiful girls! Specialties: Working with young prospects; with great desire to work with best coaches (as assistant) in the future and become one of them. Following young prospects all over Europe / World and learning from day to day by collaborating with many coaches and scouts. Video editing and using platforms such Pinnacle and KlipDraw.
