I spent my formative years leading a team with in the cash security business, we was responsible for millions of pounds a day. Ensuring the safe guarding and correct delivery of various amounts of money to banks and businesses in London and surrounding areas. After having spent 7 plus years in this business I changed industries delving into Hospitality spending 3 summers away with one of the biggest holiday providers, gaining great experience in customer service, sales and complaint handling. After a year or two in warehousing I once again delved back into hospitality becoming a Customer Experience Manager/ Duty Manager for a 3* hotel and in December was moved to a sister hotel that is 4*. During my time working as a duty manager I have not only been able to use my previous experience in hospitality, customer service and complaints but grow my skills in other areas and continue to grow my skillset.
