Luke is a classically trained Chef, having worked in International 5-star resorts in Japan and Australia. --Luke speaks Fluent Japanese. During his travels abroad, Luke has also worked in Kitchens in the Ukraine and in Russia. --Luke speaks survival Ukrainian. In Australia, Luke has designed and managed [from build to operation] kitchens for Restaurants and Cafes. Luke with his Business partner Adam Bush, Co-Directors of Skys No Limit Pty Ltd, designed and built a Mobile Phone App for the Tow Truck Industry called Tow Ware. Later including another successful App for Journalists called Media SMS Alerts. Luke managed the Company for the best part of a decade before resigning from his position. At the end of 2021 Luke did the AIN course in the Fairmont Building at Merrimac Park Private Care (MPPC) and was immediately offered a job at MPPC on completion of his placement hours. Luke’s first goal for MPPC was 6 Months. Then 12. And here he is at 18 Months. Luke wanted to stay as long as possible to fast track his training as an AIN.
