Luke Kogias

I am a chartered engineer and strategic advisor specialising in transport, energy, and social infrastructure projects. I have over a decade experience in corporate and project environments, including key roles on multi-billion-dollar project portfolios. I am driven by the desire to create, through infrastructure, a sustainable legacy that will support current and future generations for years to come. I provide a wide range of advisory services for projects in development and delivery, including strategic cost and constructability advice, commercial management, risk management, transaction management, dispute resolution, due diligence, and program governance. I am proud to work with teams that have become leaders in the strategic cost, risk, and constructability space, entrusted with hundreds of billions of dollars in transport infrastructure projects in development and delivery. I enjoy participating in charity adventures: the Mongol Rally, Oxfam Trail walk, and Hawkesbury Canoe Classic are just a few I’ve ticked off my bucket list. I don’t mind a social game of tennis, hoping one day to channel my half-Greek heritage and replicate the essence of Philippoussis on the court.
