At Horace Mann, I received a certificate and Hootie Buck for my efforts in less than four months. These accolades recognize my attention to detail and ability to predict and prevent conflicts. In less than a year in the operations team I was nominated as a candidate to move up and change roles to become a dispatcher. Worked as a dispatcher for two years. While working as a dispatcher at Horaceman I was also selected to sit along with other groups in my Insurance Company to see what my next step in my career was.2019-2020 - However I was approached by (P.D.A) Property Damage Appraisers by one of my previous Managers at Horaceman and asked if I would be interested in becoming a Corporate Store Manager. Working for P.D.A I Started managing 5 stores in my first months and due to COVID-19 handled 11 corporate stores at the end even though i was new the company trusted me to handle with care that many stores. unfortunately, the whole team was laid off due to covid 19. 2021-2022 - I Learned a lot about up-and-coming companies at Service One. Giving me the opportunity to wear multiple hats and being the companies gate keeper. 2022-2023 - Now I am working as an exclusive Executive Assistant to our CEO and Owner at Diesel Displays & Interiors, LLC. Can't wait to see where this new title and endless possibilities let me learn and grow to further my career.
