Lydia Russell

I worked in a high school for ten years as a cover supervisor, I gained lots of experience here including behaviour management, was a form tutor too so had the opportunity to meet with students parents/ guardians to discuss their academic progression. I have excellent communication skills, a great team member but can also work alone too. I am flexible, resilient and enthusiastic. I am very keen to start a new career one in which I can progress in before I get too old to do this. I have lots of achievements, passing my learning coach course, climbing wall instructor, and also overcoming my biggest fear by learning to swim. I am a fighter and take pride in my work and always go that step further to do my very best in all that I do.
