LyLy Ruiz

LyLy Ruiz is the Manager of Business Information Systems at E&S Ring Managment Corporation. She serves as project manager in the evaluation and implementation of technology-leveraged workflows and processes. She oversees all business systems and third party integrations including Yardi Voyager, Yieldstar, Property Bridge, Nexus Payables, Lead Tracking Solutions, and NWP/CASS. LyLy also serves as Central Pricing Authority in the use and implementation of Yieldstar Revenue Management. She is an active member of the Yieldstar National SubCommittee. LyLy also served as Accounts Receivable Manager in a prior role at E&S Ring. LyLy Ruiz also has past experience in the healthcare and retail industries. She held previous employment with Apria Healthcare, one of the nation's top clinical medical solutions and home medical equipment providers, where she served as Cash Applications Supervisor. At the Wet Seal Inc., LyLy held positions in both the Sales Auditing and Loss Prevention Departments. .
