Lynn Graham

Currently employed by UNE Partnerships as Senior Learning Designer. Previously contracted to UNEP as an Educational Resource Developer involved in designing and authoring non-accredited training for upcoming global course and the Australian Defence Forces. This role included the design and development of training materials against current Training Packages, with completed products to be delivered online in a Moodle LMS environment. I was employed at TAFE New England (TNE) in various roles from 1998 until October 2015 and am now enjoying new challenges in instructional design and development. My main TAFE role was as Teacher/Head Teacher, but also included various relieving positions that provided all-round experience in management, technology support (LMS and web conferencing), learning and assessment, recognition, scope of offer and compliance requirements for RTOs. I was also involved in an L&D role related to the introduction of updated TAFE management systems. I worked with Vanessa Cousins of My Learning Design Company to develop online training for a local government organisation. This organisation subsequently received a design award for the final training product. My post-graduate studies in e-learning support my passion for online and distance education, instructional design and emerging technologies. I have also maintained currency with compliance requirements by participating in internal auditing and related courses. To expand my e-learning experience I have completed studies in using Storyline 2 and related Articulate authoring tools.
