Dear Sir or Madam I am in the Human Resources & Payroll Personnel with over 10 years of progressive experiences, augmented by a strong post-secondary background in Human Resources, Accounting and Business Administration. Experienced in Payroll Administration, Benefits/Compensation Administration, Performance Management, HR Policy and Job Costing Analysis. Having worked at Venture Corporation Limited have led me in the interest of Human Resources. I am meticulous by nature and I face challenges with an optimistic yet determined attitude. This first step into Human Resources field has improved my communication skills, teamwork with others and to manage competing priorities. My tenure with Ramky Cleantech Services Private Limited was a fruitful one, with 7 years especially focusing on commercial and government projects. My highlight in the Company was to handle the overall payroll of approximately 2000 staffs, building on my communication and interpersonal skills. With the ever-changing payroll trends, I also learnt to adapt readily to new challenges. In my current company, Nestle (Singapore) Private Limited, my scope currently covers on claims from statutory boards, budgeting and generating reports to internal and external stakeholders.
