Lyross joined HP/HPE/DXC in July 2015 as Technology Consultant for Global Self to Cash Problem Management Team and L3 Order-To-Cash Support Role. Currently, LA works as Problem Manager/ Problem Management Specialists for OTC related issues. The coverage includes all Availability, SO, Delivery, Billing, and Accounts Receivable related tickets. Beyond his current role, he also works on Problem tickets, consulting raised by junior resources, and resolving incident tasks assigned to the OTC L3 Support queue. Before joining DXC, LA worked as an Application Developer – SAP ABAP Consultant in two well-known companies worldwide. He worked in different SAP industries like retail, consumer goods, oil and gas, chemicals & petroleum doing support and implementations. He is capable of mentoring junior developers. Can work efficiently and has proven technical analysis in problem-solving. All tickets raised related to SD, providing root causes and possible solution or bug fix on ongoing production issue. Creating fix documentation, developing/enhancing codes and creating change record for implementation in production system. • OTC Problem Manager – making sure all OTC related PR tickets were updated and with correct Lifecycle phases. Providing overall updates of all PR tickets to business side. • OTC Level 3 Support Role – resolving incident ticket raised related to SD either ABAP technical issue or functional related issue. Usual issue being raised were about workflow issues, IDocs, Output types, Forms, Pricing, Material Determination, Delivery blocks and other working logic related to exits, routines and BAPI.
