I always strive to use teamwork and quick thinking to solve problems and accomplish goals. This is why I try to always be a strong leader and enabler in all work I undertake. At Alpha Omicron Pi, I was faced with the biggest group of members to be an effective leader for than I ever had. I was able to utilize my strong communication skills and time management to develop a better system for delegation of tasks to members and executives. I oversaw the planning of 3 major fundraisers which raised thousands of dollars for charity and fantastic 200+ member social events involving multiple external vendors. I always work to create the best value for the customer. As a supervisor, I have to deal with conflicts that require on my feet thinking. In these situations, I am able to calmly and efficiently solve the problem that not only benefits the customer but my company. Overall, I want to make any community I am a part of better. I want to work in a company that values individuality just as much as collectivism. To build up one's own skills while working alongside likeminded people.
