With over 22 years of experience in supply chain management, materials management, inventory management, and production engineering, I am a leader in manufacturing excellence and a strategic partner for business growth. I hold a master's degree in manufacturing management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and a certification in basics of supply chain management from APICS Northern Colorado.As the Region Supply Chain Engineering Manager at Valeo, a global automotive supplier, I spearhead the regional supply chain network across India and ASEAN, deploying supply chain and logistics strategies and guidelines in line with business requirements and focusing on improving the P&L. I also plan and execute strategies for supply chain operational excellence, capacity management, lean process management, inventory efficiency, and logistics cost saving. I am a region expert in implementing Factory of Future tools in operations (Industry 4.0), and a competent team builder in supply chain functions. My mission is to drive supply chain excellence at Valeo with my APICS and lean skills, and to contribute to the company's vision of creating innovative mobility solutions.
