Madison Shriver

Self directed and driven, I started working at the young age of sixteen years old. By the time I graduated high school I was working two different jobs, all in customer service. I have been in customer service for thirteen years and have a lot of experience working with all different types of people. Each and every job taught me different lessons in life and prepared me for my next job. I have worked my way through many different customer services jobs; however, being a flight attendant has been my favorite. As a flight attendant I have 6 years working experience on an aircraft. I have been trained in medical emergencies, mid-air crises, technical training, safety related training aboard the aircrafts, preflight safety checks, and trained to calmly handle irate passengers and stressful situations. As a flight attendant, we are known for working independently without observation and working as a team. I’m well-versed in providing a safe and comfortable travel experience for each passenger, along with providing an upscale meal and beverage service in first class. As a lead flight attendant I’m responsible for making sure the entire crew and flight departs and lands smoothly. My goal is to remain in constant communicate with my crew and the flight deck. Safety on the aircraft is my main priority as a flight attendant but a great experience is also top of the list while traveling with my airline.
