➢ Eighteen+ years of professional experience and an excellent track record from serving at a magic circle law firm, in-house at four listed global blue ship companies within the Stenbeck, Wallenberg, Industrivärden and Söderberg ownership spheres and as board member has enabled me to develop a unique skill set and knowledge about a variety of business areas and industries. ➢ By serving in the management of a listed large cap public company and working closely with and advising board members, corporates, PEs, investment companies as well as entrepreneurs, I have also developed an understanding of what is important for each stakeholder. ➢ I have an substantial experience in project leading, structuring, negotiating and executing: - acquisitions and divestments of private and public companies in the Nordics and abroad, involving both industrial and financial/PE players; - local and cross-border mergers of private and public companies; - initial public offerings, listings and equity issues; and - intra-group restructurings. ➢ Furthermore, I have an substantial experience from working with: - company law and stock market law and regulations; - incentives, AGMs and corporate governance for private and public companies as well as company secretarial work; and - competition law, insurance law, anti-corruption law, data protection law and sanctions law.
