Working knowledge of Pressure Vessel Codes and Standards • ASME BPV Code Section VIII - Div-2 & Div-3, ASME B-31.8, ASME B31.3 and PD5500. • Good understanding of design codes (US and European) for subsea systems and API standards. Specialized in Fracture Mechanics, Fatigue and Engineering Critical Assessment (ECA) •Fitness-for-Service (FFS) Structural Assessments, Welding procedures and NDT. •Working Knowledge of Design Code and Standards used for FFS - BS7910, BS7448, ASME VIII, R6, API579, DNV-OS-F101, DNVGL-RP-C203 & DNV-RP-F108. •Material testing procedure for Tensile Test, SENB, SENT and Fatigue Testing for Engineering Critical Assessment (ECA). •Fitness-for-Service Assessments Tools: Crackwise, LINKPIPE, FlawPro and FE based ECA. Analysis Techniques Handled Linear and Non-linear Static Analysis (Geometric, Material Non-linearity & Contact); Dynamic Analysis (Modal, Vibration, Drop test and Crash), Creep, Buckling, Pressure Containment Analysis, Frequency Response Analysis, Steady State and Transient Thermal Analysis, LCF & HCF, Fatigue & Damaged Tolerance Analysis, Blade off and Bird Strike Explicit Analysis using LSDYNA, Exposure to Composite material, Lateral and Upheaval Buckling, Pipeline walking analysis, On-bottom roughness Analysis, pipe-in-pipe Reeling Analysis and pipeline design.
