Mahmoud Hassan Zayed

Mahmoud Hassan experience spans close to 10 years in various operational and HR roles, predominantly in Banking organisations. Mahmoud joined Banque Misr as a recruitment officer for almost 1 year, then moved to the Training & Development Dept, for almost 4 years. His experience included the ability of defining the organizational and human needs using TNA, designing the training course in close cooperation with the Businesses line managers, & execution of hundreds of technical and non technical training courses. Hassan’s later move to the Organizational Development Dept widen his perspective about ability to properly restructuring the organizational structures & consequently sharpened his ability to give sound valid recommendations changes to improve organizational efficiency in accordance to the organization vision aligned by each line of business strategy. Hassan’s managerial & technically skills were highly appreciated & thus he is being recognized frequently & further rewarded by the top management.
