As an accomplished and highly-driven professional, I possess a deep passion for the field of plant-related genetic research, with particular expertise in next-generation genome sequencing (NGS) data processing and post-translational modifications (PTMs) using bioinformatics algorithms. My extensive research background encompasses a diverse range of plant species, including Arabidopsis thaliana, Theobroma cacao (Cocoa Tree), and Physcomitrium patens (earth moss), as well as insect species such as Black Soldier Fly (BSF), mole crickets, spiders, and pollen beetles. With a strong skill set in genomic and proteomic analyses, I specialize in SNP data processing and functional protein modification, in-silico identification and functional characterization of conserved miRNAs, whole-genome sequencing, post-translational modifications, and insect life cycle determination. Additionally, I possess hands-on experience with a variety of programming languages for data analysis and visualization, including R and bash, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 and Adobe Suite. I have recently completed my Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Agriculture at Sylhet Agricultural University, and am dedicated to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines with no excuses.
