I am a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a certified Personal Trainer with a foundation in mindfulness meditation and yoga. I help women and mothers become empowered by taking control of their wellness journey. Guiding them through a journey of wholeness with understanding, knowledge, and overall wisdom of creating consistency and humility. Allowing, them to be active and creative with what works best for them, their families and home. I have had the ability to work with women and mothers for the last 7 years making it official January 2020. Guiding them through changing their myth based mentality and behaviors surrounding mental health, nutrition, and families. My love and passion for living a life of longevity; while being mentally focused, eating clean, and enjoying the luxury of being mobile while pain free comes from once being a single mother raising two small children. Working two jobs and going to school, exhausted, being in my 20’s feeling and looking much older. My loves runs deep and my goal is to help as many women and mothers around the world, that I can overcome their feelings of defeat.
