My background includes health coaching individuals on Medicare with chronic diseases, advocating for the elderly, providing relationship skills to couples, parents, singles and the youth to maintain healthy relationships. Leading chair exercise classes with music to the elderly including those with memory problems at Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes. I am a certified Zumba and Zumba Gold Zumba Instructor and fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
