Maija (Hassinen) Mettälä

My dream day at work is one where I get to hang out with customers, be it demoing, discovering or having conversations. I love to share my knowledge with my peers, to me it’s important that my team succeeds and we have fun at work. I get a kick out of working with nerds, seeing people be so comfortable in tech and enthusiastic about details and new innovations brings me energy and it’s a great way to learn from others. I’m very customer minded, I’m always there for my customers and I want to build relationships that last. Communication is key in all relationships and I feel my work is so much about relationships. So I’m constantly building up my skills in how to communicate, how to bring my message to the audience as clearly as possible. As a bridge between technology and business I’m educating myself too all the time. I love learning new things and embrace the endorphins after I’ve understood something completely new and shared that with the people around me from co-workers to customers.
