I am a Physicist with experiences in materials science, semiconductor devices and nuclear physics, currently working as a specialist chemical scientist to lead Spin-on Dielectric material and process development. I am an expert in manufacturing process, process design, simulations and troubleshooting. I successfully managed research and development projects from planning to execution and completion. I am a specialist with thorough knowledge in, Material Science and engineering (ceramics, thin films). Polymer physics and chemistry (inorganic polymers and organic-inorganic hybrid polymers) Solid state physics, semiconductor devices and quantum phenomenon. Device integration at FEOL/BEOL: dry/wet etch, CMP, surface defects, FIB. Film deposition: sputter, MOCVD, PVD, CVD, RTA, FLA, (Litho track, Clean track, Pyro furnace). Film characterization: ellipsometry, FTIR, UV-Vis, Raman, SEM, TEM, EDX, WDX, XRD, XRR. Thin film properties: stress, hardness, defects analysis and mapping, etc Chemical composition: TDS, TG-DTA, GC-mass, IPS, GPC, RBS, ERDA, NRA, SIMS, XPS, NMR. Chemical properties: viscosity, contact angle, surface tension, glove-box, ESR, LPC, ignition temp. Device characterization: IV-CV, sub-threshold, DLTS, mobility, resistivity, 4-probe, carrier lifetime. Lithography: Spin-coating, i-line to ArF lithography, E-beam lithography, BARC. Surface-Interface science, engineering and characterization. Scanning probe microscopy (AFM, STM). Spectroscopy using cylindrical mass analyzer, Time-of-Flight, Multi-channel analyzer. Radiation physics, Radiation protection, Ion beam sputtering and implantation (ultra-high vacuum). Accelerator-Implanter operation and maintenance (Van de Graff, Pelletron, Microtron, Cockcroft.) Fuel cells: resistivity, impedance and power analysis (hydrogen and methane fuel).
