Malgorzata (Gosia) Sikora

Hi! I’m Gosia. I’m a UX designer with a background in psychology. I have experience in research, design and front-end development. I’m passionate about translating user needs and business objectives into a functioning system - services and products equally. I have a Master of Science degree in Psychology, with 2 specializations: Cognitive Neuroscience and Human-Computer Interaction. I also finished a 12-months intensive course combining coding, graphic design and marketing. My work experience is filled with information architecture, flowcharts, prototyping, Agile/Scrum meetings and workshops. I often worked in international and multidisciplinary teams. I’ve designed a couple of content-management systems as well as landing pages - still waiting for a service design project of my dreams. I value qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis and prefer to always start with research. I also believe that good-looking and interesting design is important for better user experience.
