ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:-  Generating the detail Monthly production. Plan for the plant considering all capacity factors.  Uploading the production plan in SAP for material planning purpose.  Generating daily loading sequence of vehicles by taking in to account availability of materials & other production constraints.  Maintaining a strong coordination with central planning for latest market requirements and checking the feasibility for adjustments in order to accommodate any change.  Developing the DOL area(warehouse) for respective supporting shops & final assembly line to ensure the adequate material inflow from suppliers.  Deciding the material flow in plant.  Supporting the projects team for material storage & flow for expansion phase.  Generating the ramp up plan for the new final assly. Line.  Aligning the production. of various supporting shops to meet the requirements of final line.  Generating perpetual inventory plan to ensure the matching of system stock. & actual stock to minimize cycle count.
