Over 16 Years of experience with Top Automotive & Manufacturing Industries like Toyota, Bosch..Areas of expertise namely #Supply Chain Management #Strategic planning from all Short Term, Mid Term & Long term perspective, #Procurement function right from Sourcing till Realization of sourcing #Project Management related to Purchasing function.Successfully led Major Projects like Etios, Innova, Fortuner.. throughout entire PJT cycle right from PJT announcement till Line-off.Close collaboration with Various teams like Production Control, Quality Engg, Design & Development, Quality Assurance etc to enhance Daily Management KPI's continuously.# One among few Recognized members, who was assigned On-site opportunity to Japan, for a period of 2 Years, where in,* Single Window for all India Operations* Witnessed Japanese culture, both from Personal & professional background.* Privileged by their Deep passion towards Automobile Industry.* Passed N3 Level #Japanese Language Proficiency through weekly Classes conducted by TMC members.* Witnessed world class manufacturing systems at many suppliers Gemba (Denso, Tokai Rika, Toyoda Gosei, etc..)# Through this journey, understood importance of Competitiveness & keeping continuous efforts of enhancing the same.Continuous contribution to Cost reduction activities, Year on Year nearly 300 Mil INR, thereby, contributing to Profitability, through various measures like Supplier Process Cost Improvement, Part & Process optimization, Packaging Optimization, Smart Standard activities etc..# Single in-charge for Onsite Supplier Park Concept & Setting up the entire Supplier Park.This Project has been one among few Supplier Parks set up globally (Eg : Such concept is available Only in China, Texas and not even in Japan). This PJT, where in Suppliers were setting up Plant inside Toyota Premises, had many challenges like managing Toyota Brand Image, Legal Risks, etc, which were resolved with deep Collaboration w/ related team like Legal etc.While, in Bosch, though for short span of nearly 2 Years, I had privilege of gaining experience on Turned Components Buying like Delivery Valve, etc & contributing to Cost reduction of nearly 12 Mil INR.I, also, could gather German Engg experience & Learnt German Language, a bit..While I am happy with my association with Bosch, I also regret that I couldn't continue association for long time.
