I have been leading and training Fortune 1000 companies in Lean Six Sigma strategy development and execution, helping them deliver quantifiable results through hands on involvement, expert executive coaching and undeniable commitment to enterprise growth and success. Here is what is interesting, I am originally from Puerto Rico, a native Spanish speaker, and a graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management with a minor in Industrial Engineering. I consider myself a strategic thinker, with expertise in leading CI processes, loss analysis, root-cause problem solving and high performance continuous improvement teams across operations and other disciplines. I have to say, in summary, I am an accomplished Lean Six Sigma and operations executive with 20 years of manufacturing, supply chain, strategy, pharma, food, service and business transactional experience. I can prove that I’ve had the opportunity to work in leadership roles at General Motors, The Boeing Company, W R Grace & Co, WW Grainger and more recently with TransCare Corporation. Don't forget that I have also worked with government institutions such as the Housing and Urban Development Agency, NIST, and the Manufacturing Extension Partnership. What I bring to the table is decisiveness, reliability, adaptability, and the ability to engage for impact. Let me tell you that I have demonstrated the ability to effectively marry business processes with company strategy by building effective relationships that lead to enterprise wide change. I feel that my superpower is coaching as well as influencing decisions at all levels. I follow a team approach to leadership coupled with being an action and results oriented leader (yes, I mentioned this before ;-)).
