Senior Legal Advisor and Data Protection Officer with about 14 years of experience. My main areas of expertise include commercial and data protection law, both in the EU and in the US. In privacy law and cybersecurity, I deal with global issues relating to SaaS services provided by Avature, as well as ongoing as well as ongoing world wide privacy compliance, with a particular focus on the US, EU and China. I am #IAPP #CIPP/E and #CIPP/US certified. With regard to commercial negotiations, I have mainly been involved in drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements, currently focusing on the negotiation of agreements for the provision of Avature's SaaS services.
